It’s that time of year when flocks of wild ducks have arrived to swim in our pool.

Beautiful creatures, they come in February to gracefully sail around in the warm crystal clear water.

Unfortunately, they poop like a herd of elephants with diarrhoea.

A tennis ball splashing beside them usually scares them off.

I call it rebutting the ducks and that’s what brands have to do when critics and rivals try to muddy the water by spreading lies or malicious gossip.

By immediately refuting untruths, you’ll defend your reputation and stop the poo from spreading.
