  • Quantitative Taster - This is a product that lets you explore your market or campaign concept with a robust and representative sample of the UK population.  Typically, we would advise a sample of 2,000 UK adults who would respond to a mixture of standard and bespoke questions. Still images or video can be presented in the course of the questionnaire. You get up to 20 questions including two open-ended questions - if required.  The cost includes a working briefing to create the questionnaire, all field work, sampling and respondent incentive costs and a working session that combines the presentation of the findings with action planning.  Costs from £6,000.
  • Pre and Post Campaign Testing - This provides a traditional pre / post campaign testing service at a realistic price.  The precise design is obviously market and campaign dependant but it would typically involve a nationally representative survey carried out the week prior to the campaign launch and a matching survey carried out the week the campaign ends to measure campaign awareness, attitudes, in-market activity, brand salience and purchase behaviour.  Costs from £12,000.
  • Mystery Shopper - Whether you want a simple test of phonecalls to your customer service helpline or in-person mystery shopping visits to all your outlets - we can help. Mystery shopping is one of the most actionable forms of market research as satisfaction or disappointment can be tied to a specific time, place or member of staff.  We will deliver quick win changes that will impact the performance of your company and its bottom line. Costs from £3,000.
  • Campaign Preview - It provides a cost effective system for fine tuning your advertising or communications before the campaign goes live and you incur significant media costs. We firmly believe that both qualitative and quantified inputs are required when testing a campaign concept which is approaching its finalised state.  For this reason, Campaign Preview combines group discussions, usually two mini groups, with an online quantitative survey. The latter allows up to 20 questions, including one open-ended question.  Our activity would include a working briefing to create the questionnaire and discussion guide, all field work, sampling and respondent incentive costs as well as a working session that combines the presentation of both sets of findings with action planning. Costs from £8,000.
  • Qualitative Check - If you need a quick look at your current market or are considering expanding into a new one, our Qualitative Check is a cost effective market research tool.  It offers insights into the way consumers perceive any market and the brands that populate it. It combines qualitative group discussions with online monitoring or buzz measurement.  The group discussions can be video recorded, streamed or held in a viewing facility, giving you an intimate level of immersion in the research process. Typically, a Qualitative Check would involve a briefing session to create the discussion guide, two group discussions, a week's online monitoring and a working session combining the presentation of findings with action planning. Costs from £6,000.
